As a Seller's Advocate, I pride myself on curating strategic Marketing and Sales plans. My Listing clients appreciate that I aggressively negotiate on their behalf in order to drive prices through the roof and acquire the highest sales price. I have Greek origins, speak fluent Greek and am extremely comfortable relating to diverse International clientele. As a lifelong resident of California, I have a unique understanding of the Southern California Real Estate market. My business is referrals based from extremely satisfied clients. Additionally, I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Marketing emphasis and am thrilled to use my knowledge to help clients get the highest price for their home in the shortest amount of time. Pursuing additional schooling from UCLA's Interior Design Program, I have developed a unique skillset that gives my sellers a competitive advantage in this market.
